Harbourfront Plan

Project Summary:
In 2006, Ekistics worked with the Charlottetown Harbour Authority and CADC to prepare a master plan for the Authority’s waterfront lands. Realization of the plan in 2007 will see a new $19 million dollar wharf constructed, a new 75 boat marina, extension of the waterfront boardwalk and new development opportunities. The plan strikes a balance between maintaining the working waterfront and creating new development potential for mixed use facilities.
