Project Summary:
Ekistics was retained to undertake an urban design study for downtown North Sydney. Work included architectural guidelines, signage guidelines, landscape guidelines, facade improvement strategies, waterfront improvements, streetscape furnishings, civic signage design and designs for numerous parks and plazas. The implementation strategy identified funding sources, cost estimates for construction and a phasing strategy for implementation.
