Project Summary:
Commissioned by CORDA and the Regional Municipality of Colchester, Ekistics was hired to develop an industrial development strategy for the former CFB Debert base. The plan had to define a new village centre for Debert, an industrial expansion strategy, an open space master plan and a new highway commercial development area.
