Project Summary:
Ekistics was hired to prepare a resort master plan for the Dundee Resort. The plan called for the realignment and redesign of 4 existing golf holes, a new practice facility, a cottage cluster development and other amenities. The new clubhouse was completed in 2008 as part of the detailed design.
