Project Summary:
Ekistics, in association with MacDonnell Group, was commissioned by the Town of Windsor the Province of Nova Scotia and ACOA to prepare a conceptual development plan for the proposed International Hockey Centre in Windsor, Nova Scotia. Work included evaluation of a dozen potential sites plus the conceptual design of the site plan, the preliminary design of the facility and the interpretive master plan for the facility.
