Project Summary:
Ekistics, in association with the Charlottetown Area Development Corporation, was retained by The Capital District Commission to prepare a heritage district streetscape design study. The study proposed a series of districts, parks, plazas, sidewalk cafe standards, streetscape standards and design guidelines. Some of the design proposals have been realized in Charlottetown and some of the larger projects remain on the books for future implementation.
