Project Summary:
Ekistics was retained by Halifax Regional Municipality to prepare a master plan for Lake Banook and Sullivans Pond in downtown Dartmouth. The plan had to address requirements of the 2010 World Canoe Championships, and the remaining infrastructure. The plan recommended over $8 million dollars in improvements.
