Project Summary:
Ekistics, through its RLA Golf Architecture division, was commissioned by the Moncton Golf & Country Club to prepare a course master plan for the 70-year old course. Upon inspection, it was evident that there was room to relocate a few of the very poor holes and create a 200 lot residential golf community. Clayton Developments were successful in their bid to partner with the club and construction is expected to start in 2004.
