Project Summary:
Ekistics was retained by Halifax Regional Municipality to undertake a visual impact assessment of the proposed Mainland Common High school which was to be sited in the Halifax Mainland Commons. The visual impact assessment identified the appropriate finished floor elevation for the building to ensure visibility of the Bedford basin. It also identified the visibility of the school from various vantage points in the park.
