The new 18-hole championship golf community near Hubbards started construction in the spring of 2014. The first 9-holes of this unique golf community will be completed by the end of 2015, with the remaining "back-9" holes constructed by the summer of 2016. The anticipated course opening is the fall of 2016.

This new Aspotogan Ridge residential golf community will include over 600 units made up of large lot single family holes, semi-detached units, townhomes, multi-unit buildings and a dedicated seniors development with some of the lots overlooking St Margarets Bay and Farm Lake. The development will include a small commercial component near the entrance and is serviced by an elementary school for young families and sports fields.

The landscape of Aspotogan includes rolling hills set amongst an old growth white pine forest. Large stands of vegetation are being preserved as well as wetlands and watercourses throughout the property creating a true experience of living in nature. The first phase of the residential development is expected to start construction in 2015 with some units opening in the summer of 2016. Ekistics has master planned the entire development, including the 18-hole course, and is designing many of the residential units.
