Halifax Waterfront 3D Model

Ekistics was retained by the Halifax Regional Municipality to prepare a 3D model and land use assessment for the downtown waterfront block of land in Halifax. The modelling exercise included looking at the visual impact of a wide range of future building masses on the existing urban structure. The model was used to assess viewplane impacts as a result of future development options in the downtown.
