Ekistics was retained by the Halifax Regional Municipality to prepare a 3D model and land use assessment for a block of land in downtown Halifax. The exercise included looking at the visual impact of a wide range of building types and masses on the property including single family, multiunit and mixed. The results were used as part of a community participation process to determine the ultimate scale of future development.
