Ekistics was commissioned by the Waterfront Development Corporation to prepare a series of illustrative massing renderings to convey 3 different development scenarios for phase II of the Bedford waterfront. The fi rst included a 5-storey mixed use development, the second included a 3 storey townhouse development and the third included an open waterfront park.
