| Commissioned by a private developer, Ekistics prepared the conceptual and working drawings for a new resort on the north shore of Cape Breton. Work included site analysis, conceptual design, layout plans, grading plans, and planting plans for the facility. Phase 1 of the resort was completed construction in 2004. download PDF |
