Dundee Resort Master Plan

Ekistics and its daughter company RLA Golf Architects completed the resort master plan for the Dundee Resort in Cape Breton. Work included layout for new scond home housing development, redesign of several holes and layout of new resort facilities including new clubhouse, new practice facility, expanded parking, new entrance, new cottage clusters, and expanded outdoor recreational facilites.
